The Bonita Bearcats softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Walnut Mustangs to 1 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Bonita moves its record to 11-2 on the year. The Bearcats travel to Alta Loma (Alta Loma, CA) to clash with the Braves in a game on Tuesday, March 15. The Braves come into the game with a record of 4-5. Alta Loma lost 4-2 in their recent league game against Claremont (Claremont, CA)

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Diamond Bar Brahmas (Diamond Bar, CA) in a game, on Thursday, March 31. Walnut will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record.
