North Carolina High School Lacrosse - First Flight holds off New Bern

The First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC) lacrosse tipped the visiting New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC), 7-6 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, First Flight upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Nighthawks travel to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy (Suffolk, VA) to battle the Saints in a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 16. The Saints go into the outing with a record of 1-0. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy won 13-2 in their recent non-league outing against St. David's (Raleigh, NC)

With the defeat, New Bern drops to 2-2 on the season. The Bears host Croatan (Newport, NC) to battle the Cougars in a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 16. The Cougars go into the outing with a record of 2-1. Croatan won 14-7 in their recent non-league outing against J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC)
