The Pirates now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Elmo/Brownstown for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 17. Cumberland will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 15-2 non-league loss to Clay City (Clay City, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Dieterich falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Movin maroons travel to Marshall (Marshall, IL) to battle the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 15. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 1-0. Marshall won 10-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Oakwood (Fithian, IL)
