Fossil Ridge Panthers (Keller, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Diamond Hill-Jarvis Eagles (Fort Worth, TX), 17-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Byron Nelson for a 6A Region I District 4 challenge on Wednesday, March 16. Fossil Ridge will battle a Bobcat squad coming off a 10-6 league win over Timber Creek (Fort Worth, TX). The Bobcat record now stands at 13-2.

With the loss, Diamond Hill-Jarvis falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Western Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to battle the Cougars in a 4A Region I District 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 22. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 3-10. Western Hills lost 23-2 in their recent league challenge against Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX)
