In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Arlington Tigers baseball team scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Starkville Academy Volunteers.
The Tigers (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Hartfield Academy (Flowood, MS). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 12-1 record. In their last game, Hartfield Academy tipped Vancleave (Vancleave, MS), 3-2, in a non-league game.
