Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) and the visiting East Wake Academy Eagles (Zebulon, NC), saw Wakefield's baseball squad beat East Wake Academy by a margin of 14-1.

Coming up next, the Wolverines play the Athens Drive Jaguars (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 16. Wakefield will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 13-1 non-league win over Franklinton (Franklinton, NC).

The Eagles now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vance Charter for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 15. East Wake Academy will play a Knights squad coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-1.
