Butler Bulldogs (Matthews, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC), 8-6 in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Catawba Ridge for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 16. Butler will confront a Copperheads squad coming off a 13-12 non-league loss to Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Copperheads record now stands at 3-3.

The Wolf Pack now own a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Cuthbertson for a Southern Carolina/Rocky River contest on Friday, March 17. Parkwood will confront a Cavaliers squad coming off a 17-10 non-league win over Ardrey Kell (Charlotte, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 3-0.
