With the win, Great Bridge advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA) to play the Chiefs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 21. The Chiefs go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Kempsville lost 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against Maury (Norfolk, VA)
In their next game, the Knights play the Camden County Bruins (Camden, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A outing, on Wednesday, March 15. Currituck County will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Bruins go into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 6-0 league win over Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC).
