O'Neal Falcons (Southern Pines, NC) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting The Burlington School Spartans (Burlington, NC), 11-4 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Village Christian Academy Knights (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 16. O'Neal will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 9-0 non-league loss to Rocky Mount Academy (Rocky Mount, NC).
The Spartans now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carolina Friends for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 17. The Burlington School will confront a Quakers team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC). The Quakers record now stands at 2-3.
