The Ledford Panthers crushed the host North Surry Greyhounds baseball team by a count of 21-3 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Panthers now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northern Guilford for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 15. Ledford will face a Nighthawks team coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 3-0.
Next, the Greyhounds face the Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 15. North Surry will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Granite Bears enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Surry Central (Dobson, NC).
