Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Landon Bears (Bethesda, MD), 12-3 in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop O'Connell for a VISAA Division 1 battle on Friday, March 17. Gonzaga will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 12-2 league win over Trinity Episcopal (Richmond, VA). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Bears clash with the Canterbury Cougars (Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 28. Landon will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
