The Grantsville Cowboys soccer team scored 10 points and limited the host Wendover Wildcats to 2 in the Cowboys non-league victory on Tuesday.
Next, the Cowboys face the Ben Lomond Scots (Ogden, UT) in a 3A Region 13 contest, on Thursday, March 16. Grantsville will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Scots enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Union (Roosevelt, UT).
The Wildcats now have a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Utah Military Academy - Hill Field for a 2A contest on Thursday, March 16. Wendover will face a Thunderbirds team coming off a 4-2 non-league loss to Merit Preparatory Academy (Springville, UT). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-1.
