In Thursday's non-league game, the host Cleveland Storm baseball team scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Gadsden Panthers.
The Storm (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Mayfield overcame Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO), 6-4, in a non-league game.
The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Red-Tailed Hawks go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Cheyenne Mountain was overwhelmed by Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM), 6-4, in a non-league game.
