Wisconsin High School Basketball - Aquinas can't hold off Mineral Point

The Mineral Point Pointers basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Aquinas Blugolds to 61 in the Pointers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Pointers now own a 27-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Joseph for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 16. Mineral Point will clash with a Lancers squad coming off a 46-37 non-league win over Marathon (Marathon, WI). The Lancers record now stands at 20-11.
The Blugolds now own a 22-15 record.
