St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA), 14-2 in a league test.
The Saints now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. John's for a non-league test on Friday, March 22.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 16. The Covenant will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 0-0 record after their 0-0 non-league Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA).
