The Washington County Golden Hawks (Sandersville, GA) soccer bounced the host Thomson Bulldogs (Thomson, GA), 5-0 in Thursday's league bout.
With the victory, Washington County moves its record to 3-7 on the year. The Golden Hawks travel to Johnson (Augusta, GA) to battle the Panthers in a 2A Region 4 bout on Thursday, March 21. The Panthers enter the bout with a record of 4-2.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Putnam County War Eagles (Eatonton, GA) in a 2A Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, March 19. Thomson will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The War Eagles enter the bout with a 6-5 record after their 4-3 league win over Westside (Augusta, GA).
