In Thursday's non-league test, the host Glenbrook North Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-1 victory over the Antioch Sequoits.
The Spartans now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Fremd for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 19. Glenbrook North will face a Vikings squad coming off a 11-3 non-league loss to Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 0-2.
In their next game, the Sequoits face the Cary-Grove Trojans (Cary, IL) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 18. Antioch will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 6-4 non-league win over Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL).
