In Thursday's non-league test, the host Archbishop McCarthy Mavericks lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-3 victory over the West Broward Bobcats.
The Mavericks now have a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boca Raton for a non-league test on Friday, March 15. Archbishop McCarthy will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 18-14 non-league loss to Stoneman Douglas (Parkland, FL). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-3.
In their next game, the Bobcats face the Miami Country Day Spartans (Miami, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 19. West Broward will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 5-7 record after their 13-2 non-league loss to Belen Jesuit (Miami, FL).
