The Bellflower Buccaneers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Azusa Aztecs to 7 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Bellflower improves its record to 2-7 on the year. The Buccaneers travel to Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA) to clash with the Vaqueros in a non-league game on Friday, March 15. The Vaqueros come into the game with a record of 1-4. Rancho Alamitos won 17-7 in their recent non-league game against Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA)

In their next game, the Aztecs clash with the Sierra Vista Dons (Baldwin Park, CA) in a Montview game, on Wednesday, March 20. Azusa will attempt to improve on its 8-5 season record. The Dons come into the game with a 7-8 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Burbank (Burbank, CA).
