Seven Rivers Christian Warriors (Lecanto, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Saint Francis Catholic Wolves (Gainesville, FL), 12-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Warriors now sport a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they host Academy at the Lakes for a 2A District 6 challenge on Monday, March 18. Seven Rivers Christian will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 6-1 non-league win over Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Saint Francis Catholic falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Wolves host Wildwood (Wildwood, FL) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 15. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Wildwood lost 18-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Lake Weir (Ocala, FL)
