Louisiana High School Baseball - Assumption defeats Bourgeois

The Assumption Mustangs (Napoleonville, LA) baseball the host Bourgeois Braves (Gray, LA), 11-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 2-16 record. They take the field next when they host Lutcher for a 4A District 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. Assumption will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 8-1 non-league win over West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-6.

With the defeat, Bourgeois drops to 1-19 on the year. The Braves travel to Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA) to clash with the in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 17. The go into the challenge with a record of 15-5.
