In Friday's non-league bout, the Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Gallup Bengals (Gallup, NM), by a tally of 21-0.
Next up, the Coyotes encounter the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 20. Roswell will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM).
With the defeat, Gallup drops to 1-3 on the year. The Bengals host Belen (Belen, NM) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 18. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 3-4. Belen won 18-8 in their recent non-league test against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM)
