The Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC) baseball the visiting Georgetown Prep Little Hoyas (North Bethesda, MD), 4-0 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Eagles now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Episcopal for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. Gonzaga will battle a Maroon squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Pomfret School (Pomfret, CT). The Maroon record now stands at 0-2.
The Little Hoyas (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Jackson-Reed (Washington, DC). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Jackson-Reed was overwhelmed by St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD), 6-3, in a non-league outing.
