Washington, DC High School Baseball - St. John's defeats Jackson-Reed

The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) and the visiting Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC), saw St. John's's baseball team gain a win over Jackson-Reed by a tally of 9-1.
The Cadets (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Gonzaga (Washington, DC). The Eagles enter the Washington Catholic battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Gonzaga was overwhelmed by Episcopal (Alexandria, VA), 7-5, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the Georgetown Prep Little Hoyas (North Bethesda, MD) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 15. Jackson-Reed will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Little Hoyas enter the battle with a 2-1 record after their 12-8 non-league win over Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD).
