The West Point Warriors (Cullman, AL) baseball trounced the host Vinemont Eagles (Vinemont, AL), 12-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

The Warriors now own a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they host Lawrence County for a 5A Area 14 challenge on Tuesday, March 18. West Point will clash with a Red Devils team coming off a 17-5 non-league loss to Florence (Florence, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 10-5.

With the defeat, Vinemont drops to 16-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to West End (Walnut Grove, AL) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 15. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 5-5. West End lost 20-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Oneonta (Oneonta, AL)
