The Marcos de Niza Padres volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Moon Valley Rockets to 0 in the Padres non-league triumph on Friday.

The Padres now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host South Mountain for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 25. Marcos de Niza will play a Jaguars team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Gilbert (Gilbert, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Moon Valley drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Rockets host Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ) to play the Rattlers in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 9. The Rattlers come into the outing with a record of 1-1.
