The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Maranatha Christian beat Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Spartans meet the Rancho Bernardo Broncos (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 14. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Del Norte (San Diego, CA).
