The Coastal Academy Stingrays volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Horizon Prep Lions to 0 in the Stingrays non-league triumph on Friday.

The Stingrays now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they host El Capitan for a non-league outing on Friday, March 14. Coastal Academy will play a Vaqueros team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA). The Vaqueros record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Horizon Prep drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Lions travel to San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA) to play the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Friday, March 14.
