In Friday's non-league challenge, the host High Tech Mesa Thunder volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the San Diego Cavers.

The Thunder (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Elsinore (Wildomar, CA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Elsinore beat Temescal Canyon (Lake Elsinore, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cavers play the School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 15. San Diego will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA).
