Fans at Friday's non-league test between the Out-of-Door Academy Thunder (Sarasota, FL) and the host St. Petersburg Catholic Barons (St. Petersburg, FL), witnessed Out-of-Door Academy's lacrosse squad overcome St. Petersburg Catholic by a count of 15-8.
The Thunder (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL). The Cougars enter the 1A D10 test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Cardinal Mooney was overwhelmed by Tampa Catholic (Tampa, FL), 16-7, in a league test.
Next, the Barons battle the St. Petersburg Green Devils (St. Petersburg, FL) in a 1A D10 test, on Monday, March 31. St. Petersburg Catholic will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record.
