The Dark Horses now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Croatan for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 18. Clinton will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Fike (Wilson, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, West Brunswick moves to 2-2 on the year. The Trojans host Laney (Wilmington, NC) to play the Buccaneers in a Mideastern 3A/4A bout on Tuesday, March 18. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Laney lost 1-0 in their recent non-league bout against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC)
