The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) and the host Cibola Raiders (Yuma, AZ), observed Highland's softball team prevail over Cibola by a tally of 11-1.

The Hawks (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ). The Champions go into the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Cesar Chavez was routed by West Point (Avondale, AZ), 10-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Raiders clash with the San Luis Sidewinders (San Luis, AZ) in a bout, on Monday, March 17. Cibola will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Sidewinders go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 14-13 non-league loss to Apollo (Glendale, AZ).
