North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Broughton overwhelms Holly Springs

March 14, 2025: Raleigh, NC 27605

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Broughton Capitals lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-7 win over the Holly Springs Golden Hawks.

The Capitals (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Jordan (Durham, NC). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Jordan nipped Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC), 12-7, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Golden Hawks meet the Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) in a Southwest Wake contest, on Monday, March 17. Holly Springs will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 5-1 record after their 16-3 non-league win over Weddington (Matthews, NC).
