In Friday's league test, the Denmark (Alpharetta, GA) lacrosse team edged the visiting Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA), by a count of 11-10.
Next up, the battle the Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA) in a 3A Area 4 test, on Thursday, March 20. Denmark will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record.
The Raiders (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Greater Atlanta Christian was tipped by Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA), 10-9, in a non-league test.
