Fans at Friday's league battle between the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) and the host Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA), saw Greater Atlanta Christian's soccer squad hold off Johnson by a count of 1-0.

The Spartans (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA). The Storm enter the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Providence Christian Academy tipped Banks County (Homer, GA), 10-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Knights confront the North Hall Trojans (Gainesville, GA) in a 3A Area 6 battle, on Tuesday, March 18. Johnson will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 2-6 record after their 2-0 league loss to White County (Cleveland, GA).
