California High School Softball - Needles bounces Canyon View

In Friday's non-league match, the host Needles Mustangs softball team scored a tight 14-7 win over the Canyon View Falcons.

The Mustangs (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Mountain View (Orem, UT). The Bruins come into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Mountain View nipped Judge Memorial Catholic (Salt Lake City, UT), 18-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Skyline Eagles (Salt Lake City, UT) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 15. Canyon View will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-2 record after their 13-1 league loss to Brighton (Salt Lake City, UT).
