In Friday's non-league match, the host Cleveland Storm softball team scored a nice 18-3 victory over the Deming Wildcats.

The Storm (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM). The Bulldawgs go into the non-league match with a 5-0 record. In their last match, Las Cruces gained a win over Riverside (El Paso, TX), 23-13, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Artesia Bulldogs (Artesia, NM) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 14. Deming will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Bulldogs go into the match with a 1-3 record after their 13-12 non-league win over St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM).
