The Pirates now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rosepine for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. Hicks will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-8.

With the loss, David Thibodaux moves to 9-8 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Pine Prairie (Pine Prairie, LA) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, March 14. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 14-2. Pine Prairie won 6-3 in their recent non-league battle against Tioga (Tioga, LA)
