South Carolina High School Softball - Westwood drops to White Knoll

March 14, 2025: Lexington, SC 29073

White Knoll Timberwolves (Lexington, SC) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Westwood Redhawks (Blythewood, SC), 12-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, White Knoll improves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Timberwolves travel to River Bluff (Lexington, SC) to face the Gators in a AAAAA Region 4 game on Tuesday, March 18. The Gators enter the game with a record of 2-3. River Bluff won 15-0 in their recent non-league game against Fox Creek (North Augusta, SC)

The Redhawks now hold a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ridge View for a AAAAA Region 5 game on Tuesday, March 18. Westwood will face a Blazers squad coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Fairfield Central (Winnsboro, SC). The Blazers record now stands at 2-0.
