Colorado High School Soccer - Monarch nudges Mead

Monarch Coyotes (Louisville, CO) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Mead Mavericks (Longmont, CO), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Coyotes confront the Bear Creek Bears (Lakewood, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 17. Monarch will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Legacy (Broomfield, CO).

The Mavericks now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Green Mountain for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 17.
