The Lodi Flames softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Elk Grove Thundering Herd to 4 in the Flames non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Lodi moves its record to 9-0 on the year. The Flames travel to St. Mary's (Stockton, CA) to clash with the Rams in a game on Wednesday, March 23. The Rams come into the game with a record of 1-0. St. Mary's won 10-7 in their recent non-league game against Ripon (Ripon, CA)

In their next game, the Thundering Herd clash with the Tracy Bulldogs (Tracy, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 16. Elk Grove will attempt to move on its 0-6 season record.
