Polk County Wildcats (Benton, TN) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Bledsoe County Warriors (Pikeville, TN), 9-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats confront the Sequatchie County Indians (Dunlap, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 17. Polk County will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN).

The Warriors now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to York Institute for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 18.
