The Tolleson Wolverines softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Browne Bruins to 2 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Tolleson moves its record to 8-0 on the year. The Wolverines host Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ) to clash with the Aztecs in a 6A Southwest game on Tuesday, March 22. The Aztecs come into the game with a record of 2-4.

In their next game, the Bruins clash with the Maryvale Panthers (Phoenix, AZ) in a 6A Metro game, on Thursday, March 17. Browne will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 1-4 record after their 22-0 non-league loss to Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ).
