The Pleasanton Eagles routed the visiting Crystal City Javelinas softball squad by a final score of 16-6 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Eagles (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Brooks Academy of Science & Engineering (San Antonio, TX). The go into the 4A Region IV District 29 battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Brooks Academy of Science & Engineering was routed by FEAST HomeSchool (San Antonio, TX), 25-0, in a non-league battle.
The Javelinas now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Carrizo Springs for a 4A Region IV District 30 battle on Monday, April 4.
