California High School Softball - Mammoth knocked off by Mineral County

March 15, 2022: Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV) softball team overwhelmed the host Mammoth Huskies (Mammoth Lakes, CA), by a margin of 31-20.

With the triumph, Mineral County moves its record to 2-4 on the year. The Serpents host Lone Pine (Lone Pine, CA) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league contest on Tuesday, March 22. The Golden Eagles come into the contest with a record of 5-2. Lone Pine lost 14-1 in their recent non-league contest against California City (California City, CA)

In their next game, the Huskies play the Coleville Wolves (Coleville, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 17. Mammoth will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Wolves come into the contest with a 4-3 record after their 25-6 league loss to Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV).
