In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Corona del Sol Aztecs baseball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Orem Tigers.

The Aztecs (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Desert Oasis (Las Vegas, NV). The Diamondbacks go into the non-league game with a 7-1 record. In their last game, Desert Oasis tipped Liberty (Henderson, NV), 7-2, in a league game.
