North Carolina High School Baseball - Gray's Creek loses to Triton

March 15, 2023: Erwin, NC 28339

The Triton Hawks crushed the visiting Gray's Creek Bears baseball team by a count of 11-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Hawks now possess a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to E.E. Smith for a All American 3A/4A bout on Friday, March 17. Triton will face a Golden Bulls team coming off a 21-0 league loss to Triton (Erwin, NC). The Golden Bulls record now stands at 1-3.

Next, the Bears face the Lumberton Pirates (Lumberton, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A bout, on Friday, March 17. Gray's Creek will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record. The Pirates enter the bout with a 3-2 record after their 15-10 league win over South View (Hope Mills, NC).
