The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA) and the visiting Hayward Farmers (Hayward, CA), saw Bishop O'Dowd's volleyball squad beat Hayward by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Bishop O'Dowd upgrades its record to 13-0 on the year. The Dragons travel to Alameda (Alameda, CA) to play the Hornets in a West Alameda County bout on Friday, March 17. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Alameda won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Tennyson (Hayward, CA)
The Farmers now own a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to San Leandro for a West Alameda County bout on Friday, March 17. Hayward will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Berkeley (Berkeley, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 7-11.
