California High School Volleyball - Castro Valley over Encinal

The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Castro Valley Trojans (Castro Valley, CA) and the visiting Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA), saw Castro Valley's volleyball squad beat Encinal by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Castro Valley upgrades its record to 10-2 on the year. The Trojans host Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA) to play the Dons in a West Alameda County bout on Friday, March 17. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Arroyo lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Piedmont (Piedmont, CA)

The Jets now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Piedmont for a West Alameda County bout on Friday, March 17. Encinal will play a Highlanders squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Arroyo (San Lorenzo, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 7-1.
