California High School Volleyball - Nevada Union Woodcreek

The Woodcreek Timberwolves topped the host Nevada Union Miners volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Timberwolves now have a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Inderkum for a Capital Valley Conference test on Thursday, March 16. Woodcreek will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Davis (Davis, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 7-5.

The Miners (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Del Oro (Loomis, CA). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Del Oro was dropped by Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
